Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

2. Services

2.1 Service Description

We provide residential insulation services, including but not limited to:

• Attic and ceiling insulation
• Exterior wall insulation
• Basement and crawl space solutions
• Floor insulation systems
• Professional air sealing
• Home energy assessments

2.2 Service Area

Our services are available in Clinton, Madison, Guilford, and surrounding Connecticut communities.

3. Appointments and Assessments

3.1 Free Energy Assessments

• Energy assessments are provided free of charge
• Assessments are subject to availability and scheduling
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

3.2 Estimates and Proposals

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance
• Prices may vary based on actual conditions discovered during installation
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins

4. Installation Services

4.1 Work Performance

• All work will be performed by licensed and insured professionals
• Services will be conducted in accordance with state and local building codes
• EPA Lead-Safe practices will be followed where applicable

4.2 Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the property
• Ensure reasonable access to work areas
• Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas
• Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Workmanship Promise

We promise to complete all work in accordance with the agreed-upon scope and written quote. If any portion of the work does not meet the terms of that agreement, we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost. All workmanship-related callbacks are provided free of charge.

5.2 Material Warranties

Material warranties are provided as per manufacturer specifications and will be detailed in your service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing
• Deposits may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of services

6.2 Financing

• Financing options are available through approved third-party lenders
• Approval for financing is subject to lender requirements
• We do not guarantee financing approval

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation Policy

• Free assessments may be canceled with 24 hours notice
• Project cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellation fees may apply for custom-ordered materials

7.2 Refunds

• Deposits are refundable within 3 business days of payment
• Custom-ordered materials are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval

8. Referral Programs and Promotions

Nealon Insulation may offer promotional programs, including referral incentives, from time to time.

Participation in any referral or promotional program is subject to:

• The specific terms and conditions of that program
• All applicable laws and regulations

By participating in any referral program, you agree to:

• Comply with all program requirements
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Accept that rewards are issued only when all conditions are met

Nealon Insulation reserves the right to:

• Approve, deny, or revoke any referral reward
• Withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation
• Modify or terminate any referral or promotional program at any time

Referral rewards:

• Are non-transferable
• Have no cash value unless otherwise stated
• May be subject to applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient

Nealon Insulation reserves the right to interpret and enforce referral program terms at its sole discretion.

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, including:

• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance
• Professional liability insurance

9.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions
• Consequential damages
• Acts of nature
• Damages not directly caused by our services
• Any disputes, delays, or failures related to promotional or referral rewards

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Modifications to Terms
