Referral Program Terms

1. How the Referral Program Works

• Refer a friend to Nealon Insulation
• If they move forward with a qualifying project, both of you receive:
  
  • $100 gift card for the referrer
  • $100 gift card for the new customer‍

Gift cards are delivered via email through Tremendous and allow recipients to choose from a variety of options.

2. Who Is Eligible to Refer

You may participate in the referral program if you are:

• A past Nealon Insulation customer, or
• A current Nealon employee

3. What Qualifies as a Referral

To qualify for a referral reward, all of the following conditions must be met:

New Customer Requirement

• The referred customer must be new to Nealon Insulation
• A “new customer” is defined as someone who has not completed a project with Nealon Insulation within the past 24 months

Project Minimum

• The referred project must have a total value of $1,500 or more
• This amount is based on the final contracted value before tax and after any discounts

If the project value is reduced below $1,500, the referral reward may no longer apply.

Referral Timing

• The referral must be provided at the time of booking or during the estimate appointment
• In some cases, referrals may be accepted within 48 hours of the estimate appointment

Referrals submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.

Required Information

• A valid name and email address for the referrer must be provided
• Rewards cannot be issued without complete and accurate contact information

4. Referral Attribution

• Only one referrer is eligible per project
• If multiple names are provided, the first referrer recorded will receive credit

The referred customer must identify the referrer as a primary reason for contacting Nealon

5. Ineligible Referrals

The following do not qualify for referral rewards:

• Self-referrals
• Referrals within the same household
• Existing customers who have completed a project within the past 24 months

Nealon Insulation reserves the right to determine eligibility in all cases.

6. When Rewards Are Issued

Referral rewards are issued once the project is scheduled and meets all program requirements.

• For projects that require a deposit:
  
  • Rewards are issued after the project is scheduled
• For projects that do not require a deposit:
  
  • Rewards are issued after the project is completed

7. Reward Details

• Reward amount: $100 per person
• Issued to:
  
  • The referrer
  • The new customer
• Delivery method: Email via Tremendous

Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

8. Multiple Referrals

• You may refer multiple customers
• You will receive a reward for each qualifying project
• Nealon reserves the right to review or limit rewards in cases of suspected abuse

9. Delivery & Expiration

• Rewards are typically sent within a reasonable timeframe after eligibility is confirmed
• If a reward email cannot be delivered, Nealon will make one attempt to resend
• If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days, the reward may be forfeited

10. Program Integrity

Nealon Insulation reserves the right to:

• Withhold or void rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or manipulation
• Verify referral details before issuing rewards
• Resolve any disputes at its sole discretion

11. Taxes

Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes related to referral rewards.

12. Changes to the Program

Nealon Insulation may modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will apply to future referrals.
