We had a moldy attic that was going to cost a lot to remediate, and since the roof needed replacing anyway, we decided to tackle everything at once. Nealon Insulation handled the insulation replacement and treated the remaining moldy spots after the new roof was put on. Our old insulation had just been tossed up there with big gaps everywhere, but Nealon’s crew did a thorough job and made the space look MUCH better. After getting multiple quotes, Nealon came back significantly cheaper than another company offering essentially the same scope of work. The team’s communication was excellent, they patiently walked me through the different ventilation options (I had gotten a lot of conflicting advice), and their explanation made the most sense. The only hiccup was a small hole accidentally put in our ceiling during the work, but they had a contractor out within two days to patch and paint it. You’d never know it was there. Overall, it was a great experience, professional, responsive, and fair-priced. I’d definitely recommend Nealon Insulation!
